We make our ube syrup using real ube from farmers in the CALBARAZON region through a process in which we extract flavor and color from the root using glycerin.

The shelf life is 6-12 months depending on the temperature you store the products at. For syrups, 6-8 months at room temp.

We currently do not accept returns of opened bottles.
